PestCheck for Pros

PestCheck for Pros Terms

These terms are between Aidan Gonzalez, doing business as PestCheck, of Chickasha, Oklahoma ("PestCheck", "we"), and the pest-control company subscribing ("you"). Last updated October 26, 2026.

1. What you get

While your subscription is active:

  1. Website widget. A "What bug is this?" tool you add to your website with one line of code. Your visitors can add a photo or a description and get an AI identification, then see your "Call" and "Book" buttons.
  2. Share link and QR code with the same tool under your company name.
  3. A featured listing in the PestCheck iPhone app, in states where you hold a current pest-control license and a featured spot is open (we'll tell you which before you subscribe), shown when a result suggests professional help. The app is new and has few users today. It's labeled "Featured partner" in the app. If more than one company is featured in a state, we decide the order and may rotate it.
  4. A monthly report: number of checks, the pest types seen, and taps on Call and Book.

We may improve or change these features. If we remove one of the four above, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead and you can cancel.

2. Price and billing

3. Month to month. Cancel any time.

There's no contract term. Cancel any time from the Stripe customer link or by emailing us. Service runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. We don't refund partial months. If you cancel within your first 30 days and you're not happy, ask and we'll refund that first month.

4. No guarantee of leads or results

We don't promise any number of checks, app users, installs, calls, bookings, jobs or revenue. The PestCheck app is new and its audience is small. Your widget's use depends on your own website traffic. Reports show what happened; they aren't a promise of what will happen.

5. The AI is advisory

Identifications come from an AI model. They can be wrong. They're general information, not an inspection or a diagnosis, and not advice from you or from us. The widget always shows this disclaimer, and you agree not to hide, remove or change it:

"AI guidance, not a guaranteed diagnosis, and it can be wrong."

You won't present a widget result as your company's inspection, diagnosis or treatment recommendation, and you'll make your own professional judgment on every job.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Removal for complaints

We may suspend or remove your listing or widget, without a refund for the current month, if: licensing or insurance lapses; we receive repeated or serious complaints from customers that we believe are credible; you misuse the widget (for example removing the disclaimer); or you don't pay. Except for safety, licensing or legal problems, we'll first tell you and give you 10 days to fix it. If we remove you for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the unused part of the month.

8. Photos and customer data

9. "Powered by PestCheck"

The widget and share page show a small "Powered by PestCheck" link. You agree not to remove it. You let us say publicly that you're a PestCheck customer and show your company name (not your logo) in a customer list, unless you tell us not to.

10. Our property

PestCheck owns the widget, the app, the reports' format and the AI prompts. You get a non-transferable right to use them while you subscribe. You own your company's name, logo and content. When you cancel, remove the widget code; it stops working either way.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but don't promise it never goes down. If the service is unavailable for more than 3 days in a row because of us, ask and we'll credit that month.

12. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows: the service is provided "as is"; neither of us is liable to the other for lost profits or indirect damages; and our total liability to you for anything related to these terms is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You'll cover claims against us that come from your pest-control services, your advertising, or your breaking these terms. We'll cover claims against you that the widget itself (not the AI's answer) infringes someone's intellectual property.

13. General
